Improve your productivity by learning to manage your time more efficiently

Managing our time can be difficult with the demands and pressures of a modern workplace, with near-constant access to technology leaving us permanently connected and, thus, open to interruptions and distractions.

In response, we’ve designed this course to help anyone feeling as if competing priorities and ever-increasing workloads are sapping their productivity levels. The course is suitable for anyone, at any level, and is perfect for those seeking to boost their productivity, apply more structure to their working day, as well as those who wish to gain the confidence to say no to unnecessary demands on their time.

How can we help?

Our half day course, delivered either on-site or at our public training centre in London, helps you to develop a system for taking control of your working day in order to be both more efficient and more productive.

We’ll present a system for prioritising work and show you how to implement the system into your working day. We’ll also show you how to deal with external and self-inflicted “time robbers”, teach you how and when to say “no”, as well as mastering the art of delegation. The course will also address tried-and-tested approaches for optimising your productivity such as the Batching Method and the Pomodoro Technique.
